Includes: Hayes (DS; Mar. 14, 1879; 8 x 10" commuting the sentence of a prisoner); Cleveland (DS; Feb. 8, 1889; 8 x 10" approval to affix the seal of the United States to an envelope containing a Presidential letter); McKinley (DS; Jul. 9, 1900; Consul General appointment); Taft (TLS; Nov. 8, 1912; 7 x 9" on White House stationary - content thanks the recipient for his kind words); Wilson (TQS; 7 x 8.5" on White House stationary); Extract from a statement of the President on American Neutrality, Aug. 18, 1914); Garfield signature on a 3.35 x 2" white card (Garfield has also written "Hiram, Ohio" on the piece); and Theodore Roosevelt signed White House card (4 x 2.5"). All signatures are done in fountain pen and rate Near Mint (NM) or better.
