Jack Johnson and Wife Return Home Photograph (PSA Type II)

Vintage photograph of former World Heavyweight Champion Jack Johnson posing with his wife Irene. The two are pictured together on board a ship as they return home from an overseas trip in 1932. Irene Pineau was Johnson's third and last wife. They were married in 1925 and stayed together until his death in 1946. Three Brown Brothers credit stamps and a Brown Brothers label appear on the reverse, along with a handwritten caption and the date "12-33-32." The photo (6.25x8.5") displays a few light creases. In Very Good condition overall. Culled from the legendary Brown Brothers Photo Archive. PSA encapsulated as Type II Authentic.
