Jean Ratelle Boston Bruins Award Plaque, Jackets and Warm-Up Pants

Addendum: Next season, Jean Ratelle’s No. 19 will be retired in recognition of his selection as one of the NHL’s Greatest 100.SEE RELATED LARRY BROOKS NY POST ARTICLE
Following his 21-year playing career, the final six of which were in Boston, Jean Ratelle turned in his skates for a coach's whistle. This matching jacket and pants come from Jean's stint as assistant coach for the Bruins; the jacket has "Boston Bruins" and Bruins logo sewn on left breast and "Assistant Coach John" sewn on the right breast and Birdie size L tag in the collar. The matching pants are black with yellow trim, elastic waistband, zip cuffs and small size L tag inside. The additional jacket is from later (1990s) and has Bruins logo on left breast and Shain NHL tag in the collar, and the ensemble is completed by a plastic whistle (which was actually found in the pants) - all were owned and used by Jean Ratelle. Rounding out the lot is a 14x14" plaque awarded to Ratelle for his 1977-78 accomplishments while playing for the Bruins, as one of 11 players on that squad to score 20-or-more goals. The plaque has a few nicks on the metal, otherwise EX condition.
