Marilyn Monroe Signed Stationery

Marilyn Monroe Signed Stationery

Marilyn put her phenomenally popular autograph on this 6 x 10" sheet of stationery from the "Fourth Floor Lounge" at Bullock's Department Store, the famous, now-defunct downtown L.A. emporium that treated shoppers to art deco ladies' rooms, lounges and cafeterias. The inscription reads, "To Flo, Best Wishes, Marilyn Monroe" in blue pen, the graceful signature rating NRMT. One of the nicest signed Monroe items we've ever seen, with the clincher, the rare Bullock's stationery that recreates the '50s era of elegant department stores. The stationery, which notes the store locations "Broadway-Hill-Seventh" and "Los Angeles-California," is EX-MT with light, nearly invisible fold marks.
