Micky Mantle Day Retirement Program
"The Mick" concluded his 18-year Hall of Fame career in 1968, and the following June, the Yankees honored the iconic outfielder with a special day of honor, culminating in the retirement of his uniform number 7. This rare program from that afternoon features an inside page heralding this all-important day, which, oh by the way, saw the Yankees sweep the Chicago White Sox in a doubleheader. The scorecard is in EX-MT condition and has the lineups written in red marker but only the first two outs are recorded.
