Rare Yankee Owner Autograph William Devery - Double Signed
Here's a 1915 stock receipt twice signed by early Yankee owner William Devery. He was last superintendent of the New York City Police Department police commission and the first police chief in 1898, he and Frank J. Farrell later co-owned the New York Yankees baseball team. Devery sold the Yankees to legendary owner Jacob Ruppert in 1915.
