September 23, 1920 Chicago White Sox Score Card - One of Joe Jackson's Last Games
<p>This scorecard of the September 23rd, 1920 game between the Chicago White Sox and Cleveland Indians is significant as it is almost the end for the Black Sox. This is the fifth to last game for "Shoeless" Joe Jackson and several other White Sox. They would soon be banned from baseball after being accused of intentionally losing the 1919 World Series in exchange for money. The scorecard, filled out in pencil, shows Jackson went 3 for 4 with two doubles and features Eddie Collins, Buck Weaver, Happy Felsch, and Swede Risberg.
