Turn of the Century J. F. Hillerich & Son Decal Bat

Turn of the Century J. F. Hillerich & Son Decal Bat

120 year old turn of the century Hillerich & Sons bat looks as good today as it did when it was new. This fine 32", 38 oz example has a beautiful "Burnt Oil Finish" and is stamped as such along with "J.R. Hillerich & Son Co. - No.6 - Louisville. KY." Placed perfectly on the barrel, you‚ll find the beautiful bright red decal that reads, "Used By All Professional Leagues." Decal shows minimal wear, appears to be 95% complete and is both bright and crisp. Uncracked and in perfect working order, this bat shows very minimal use, explaining its tremendous condition. The beautiful dark oil finish is slightly lighter on the handle, appears to be very well taken care of and has a warm appearance. Great early baseball piece.
