This 1936 Berlin Olympics album mingles images of German landscape and architecture with swastikas, iron eagles and Hitler, underscoring that the Games were used as pure propaganda intended to humanize the murderous Nazi regime. There are facsimile signatures of Hitler and other Nazi officials. Cover has a copper bell design with the Olympic rings against a yellow and red background. Great quality photos. EX with mild staining of the cover and light browning of the pages.
