Section of Three Figural Seats from Center Field Batter’s Eye Club
While Cardinals fans would have paid a pretty price for these three very comfortable and plush looking seats, they were for hitting, not sitting. The trio of leather padded figural seats were situated in the straightaway center field stands at Busch Stadium, and thus part of the Batter’s Eye Club backdrop presenting a uniformly dark frame for the white ball coming out of the pitcher’s hand. Seats are connected with light brown maple wood armrests and end frames on the two outer seats, which have the Cardinals’ logo burned into the wood. The seats were from Section 3 and are numbered 1, 2 and 3 in gold on the front of the seat cushions. Total size of entire three-seat section is 66” long and 36” from the metal mounting pieces to the top of the back frame. NMNT condition and likely the most unique of Busch Stadium. <br>(Estimate $500 - $1,000)
