Envelope that once contained the Inaugural documents addressed to “Mr. and Mrs. Russ Stewart” was signed by Harry Truman to personalize the invitation to his long-time friend. Envelope is from “Congress of the United States" and includes Truman's Presidential Inauguration Program from 1945. The years have left the program slightly tan in tone. Overall EX-MT.
